Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business ;
Working experience : at least 3-5 years in similar position;
Responsibilities within the AFC Department :
- Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed;
- Process incoming payments;
- Make sure all bills are paid in an efficient and timely manner;
- Process vendor invoices and maintain up-to-date system.
Specific competences and capabilities required :
Organizational skills to ensures records and reports are accurate;Communication skills;Teamwork.
