Location : Bel Air, Maryland 21014\n

Unit : 3E CPU – Cardiac Telemetry\n

Assignment Length : 13-week travel nursing contract\n

Start Date : November 17, 2025\n

End Date : February 16, 2026\n

Shift : Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19 : 00 – 07 : 30)\n

Hours per Week : 36\n

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1790 - $1920\n

Patient Population : Adult patients\n

Patient Ratio : 5-6 patients per Registered Nurse\n

Weekend and Holiday Coverage : Required as scheduled\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Telemetry or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience\n

Active Maryland or Compact RN license required\n

BLS and ACLS (AHA only), CPI, and NIHSS certifications\n

Epic EMR charting experience preferred\n

Ability to float within hospital units as needed\n

Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n

Two professional references from recent employers\n

Must reside at least 50 miles from Bel Air, MD\n

First-time travel nurses welcome!\n

\n\nTravel Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

Provide high-quality nursing care to adult cardiac and medical patients (CHF, COPD, NSTEMI, Afib, arrhythmias, sepsis, renal failure)\n

Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry; manage cardiac drips (no titration); respond to rapid response and code teams\n

Administer blood products; manage chest tubes, PICC lines, and peripheral lines\n

Implement isolation precautions and infection control protocols\n

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, PT, RT, pharmacy, social services)\n

Float to other nursing units within scope of practice\n

Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system\n

Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training\n
