We're seeking a skilled Promotions & Events Planner to assist the promotions and marketing departments. You'll oversee promotions and marketing efforts for Indianapolis radio stations, assist in the planning and coordination of major promotions / events, collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute promotions, and manage database and promotion scheduling system for the station.

What you need includes : ability to lead a team of part-time staff members, prior experience in radio promotions and / or customer service, proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms, excellent organizational skills, adept attention to detail, strong problem solving and decision making skills, project management from start to finish, physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move 40-pound objects, and an upbeat, positive attitude.
