Your Key Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
• Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and / or production planning.
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
• Contribute to design, layout, realization and / or optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
