Summary

The Head of Investor Relations will serve as a central spokesperson to institutional investors, analysts, and financial media, and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial narrative and market perception. In addition, this leader will have in-depth knowledge of the investor relations function and can provide a holistic and proactive analyst relations strategy with regards to educating investors about Greenbrier’s investment narrative.

This is a highly visible and hands‑on role, ideal for a senior IR leader with strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of capital markets. The successful candidate will not only represent Greenbrier externally but also contribute meaningfully to internal strategic discussions and decision‑making.

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the following essential duties. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.

• Evolve and enhance Greenbrier’s investor relations strategy to align with the company’s business plan and growth objectives.
• Manage the relationship with Greenbrier’s external advisory firm to drive investor access and financial communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with investment analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders.
• Represent Greenbrier at investor conferences, roadshows, and one‑on‑one meetings.
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategy and messaging.
