As the Regional Vice President (RVP) at Rivermont Schools, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple school campuses. You will guide school leaders, ensure academic and clinical excellence, and drive sustainable growth while maintaining the organizations commitment to exceptional outcomes for students and families.
What You'll Need
Masters degree in education, administration, or a related clinical field
At least 10 years of progressive experience in education, clinical services, or program administration
Proven success leading multiple sites or large teams in an educational or behavioral health environment
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, performance, and regional growth initiatives
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations of schools within the region to ensure quality instruction, therapeutic services, and compliance with standards
Lead and mentor school leadership teams to build high-performing, mission-driven teams focused on student success
Drive strategic growth initiatives, including new program development, enrollment expansion, and community partnerships
Ensure fiscal accountability through effective budgeting, financial monitoring, and collaboration with senior leadership
Foster a culture of collaboration, ethical leadership, and continuous improvement across all campuses
