Job descriptionWill be seeing adults only Site does provider dispensing Schedule : part-time, only working 1 day per week (Mondays) Must be board certified or eligible Must have active DEA and BLS Ideal provider would have experience seeing patients ages 2+ Competitive pay receive a weekly paycheck 100% of malpractice insurance covered
