Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

A leading Seattle-based law firm is seeking a skilled litigation attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance defense to work alongside award-winning attorneys in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing facilities, product manufacturers, and academic medical centers in complex litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft briefs and motions, and manage all aspects of the discovery process.
- Evaluate medical records, take depositions, and support trial preparation and proceedings.
- Develop litigation strategies and manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional legal counsel.
- Mentor associates and collaborate with legal and administrative staff.
- Stay current on developments in medical malpractice and insurance defense law.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and meet an annual billable requirement of 1,850 hours.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Washington State.Minimum 5 years of litigation experience; medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense preferred.Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ProLaw is a plus.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.Why Join Us?

Compensation range of $140,000 - 165,000 annual salary.
