Location : UCHealth Harmony Campus 2121 - Fort Collins, CO

Department : Device Clinic - HCOR

FTE : Full Time, 0.5, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance, and support for the registered pharmacist and patients at a proficient level.

Responsibilities :

Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems and / or processes incoming prescriptions. May be responsible non-sterile compounding.

Processes and fills prescription orders.

Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department and / or assists with shelving and stocking of medications.

Audits medication inventory.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements :

• Minimum Required Education : High School diploma or GED.
• Required Licensure / Certification : Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT) and Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience : None Required.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
