Specific Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Effectively and actively listen to each customer's situation
• Critically think and employ problem-solving skills
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
• Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, social media, etc.
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions

Hours And Benefits

Hours : 35+ hours with occasional weekends. Benefits : Paid vacation, healthcare, simple IRA, team events, opportunities for bonuses.
