Job descriptionHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance. Company-matched 401(k). No mandatory weekends. One three-day weekend every month. $1,500 referral bonus. Paid vacation after 6 months. Employee assistance program. Company-paid short-term disability and life insurance. Paid weekly! Assemble, glaze, and fabricate window and door units using hand and power tools. Operate equipment such as saws, punches, and presses safely. Inspect materials and finished products for quality. Follow SOPs to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean and safe work area. High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing or assembly experience a plus (not required). Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
