About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team of software engineers. In this role, you'll be responsible for people management, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful features that improve how our users create and manage content with AI.
You'll be joining a fast-paced environment where experimentation is encouraged, ownership is expected, and shipping quality software matters. The ideal candidate is an empathetic leader who can balance execution with coaching, strategic thinking with attention to detail, and team alignment with individual growth.
This fully remote role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

Compensation Range
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $210,000 - $250,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
