Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for a client in the Green Bay area. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, supervising technical staff, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment, facilities, and systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage maintenance technicians and planners
- Oversee preventive maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Manage inventory, schedules, and maintenance records
- Coordinate CAPEX projects and external service providers
