Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 9AM - 5PM.

• Department includes three providers and is expanding to add a primarily outpatient physician.

• Outpatient care provided in a beautiful ambulatory pavilion on the hospital campus.

• Average of 5–7 patients per day; 1-hour appointments for new patients and 30-minute follow-ups — all geriatric patients (no internal medicine).

• Call schedule is 1 in 6 weeks — telephone call only.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics.
• NY License required.
• Board Certification required.
