What You’ll Do :

  • Provide attentive, compassionate nursing care to residents during overnight hours, including monitoring health conditions, responding promptly to changes, and managing medications and treatments with accuracy and care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and vital sign checks, documenting findings with precision to support seamless care continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with the daytime care team, physicians, and family members to ensure each resident’s needs are met with the highest standards of clinical excellence and empathy.
  • Respond swiftly and confidently to emergencies or changes in resident status, using your clinical judgment to provide appropriate interventions while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.
  • Support resident comfort by assisting with personal care and providing emotional reassurance during overnight hours.
  • Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

  • Who You Are :

  • A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current Wisconsin licensure and active CPR / BLS certification.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred, with a strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage overnight nursing responsibilities effectively.
