Job descriptionResolve electrical issues and ensure the safety of our customers Installations to repairs, panel replacements and wiring. Residential service experience is essential. Delivering the high-quality customer service Mister Sparky is known to provide. Leaving client's homes safer than you found them. Identify opportunities and provide solutions for the safety of their families and properties. Quality Work Customer Satisfaction Efficiency Be positive Be enthusiastic Keep commitments to both customers and teammates. Be detail-oriented in your work and communication. Exhibit professionalism in everything you do. Be comfortable using technology , particularly tablets in the field. Enjoy building new relationships with customers. Welcome feedback and strive for continuous improvement. At least 2 years of professional electrical experience. A State of Michigan Journeyman's Electrical License. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Clear a background check and drug screen. Branded Company Vehicle Mister Sparky Uniform Tablet and Software for efficient customer interactions. Training Program. Support from the team Our electricians' hourly salary ranges from $34.00 to $45.00+, based on experience. Base hourly wage plus performance-based incentives related to additional work and job profitability. Paid time off and paid holidays. Retirement plan. Health insurance with Employer contribution.
