Reliable transportation to and from work 1-2 years of merchandising experience Experience in leading and training team members Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently while also fostering teamwork Commitment to safety in a retail environment

As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring shoppers' needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include :
- Building appealing displays and end caps
- Resetting shelves with proper product rotation
- Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers
- Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
