MGS is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our MGS Manufacturing team in Richfield, WI (~30 minutes from Milwaukee, Waukesha, or West Bend area).

We will recognize your expertise by offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for qualified candidates. The typical hiring range for this position is $24-$25 per hour based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. MGS also offers a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holidays, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, life, and Flexible Spending Accounts.

Position Snapshot

• Show dedication to safety and quality protocols.
• Owns the process for assigned machines to ensure consistent performance, adherence to quality standards, and timely production output.
• Focuses on maximizing machine uptime and output efficiency to ensure peak operational performance.
• Completes quality inspection based on the specification of the job identifying any defects timely ensuring all product meets customer expectations.
• Monitor and manage scrap levels for assigned machines to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize material waste.

Opportunities available on 12-hour day or night shift schedule (6 : 45 to 7 : 00)
