We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise systems across both Linux and Windows environments ensuring the reliability security and compliance of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong technical background deep experience in systems administration and the ability to implement and address compliance frameworks such as CMMC SOC2 and / or ISO 27001. A hands-on approach excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong compliance knowledge are essential to success in this position.

This is an Onsite position in Syracuse NY.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms and physical infrastructure including VMwareWindows andLinux systems.
• Manage and maintain key IT infrastructure systems both on-premises off site and / or as-a-service ( 365).
• Ensure theavailability reliability performance and securityof servers storage and networked systems.
• Implement and enforcecompliance controlsrelated toCMMCSOC2 or other relevant frameworks to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system-related issues providing advancedtroubleshootingand resolution of critical problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of system infrastructure with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Create update and maintain detaileddocumentationfor systems processes and compliance controls.
• Keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement of the infrastructure.
• Assist with internal and externalaudits ensuring all systems adhere to established compliance standards.

$90000 - $120000 a year

The US national annual base salary range for this is $90000 - $120000. The range includes base salary that is expected to be paid for this role. Actual base salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the scope and complexity of the role the successful candidates relevant experience skills and knowledge peer and market data and geographic location.
