Government Compliance Lead

A company is looking for a Lead, Government Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business system reviews, support, and improvements

Prepare incurred cost claims and support various DCAA audits

Provide guidance on FAR / DFAR requirements and conduct training sessions for employees

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 9+ years of relevant experience

8+ years of experience with FAR and CAS

8+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications

Experience in compliance, program finance, or financial planning in government contracting

CPA preferred
