For new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience, our

9-month Nurse Residency Program

offers structured guidance and added support as you begin your career in rehabilitation nursing. With extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education, and an evidence-based project, the program sets you up for long-term success.

Qualifications
