Overview

We’re looking for a creative editor who can turn raw footage into high-performing ads that grab attention, tell stories, and drive results for leading e-commerce brands.

Salary : PHP 65,000–80,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions

Transform UGC into polished ad creatives

Collaborate with teammates and clients on creative direction

Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in paid social video editing (DTC / e-commerce preferred)

Strong eye for storytelling and ad flow (hook → body → CTA)

Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite

Experience with static / gif & video creatives

Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred

Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative

Tech Requirements : Windows (64 GB RAM + 8GB GPU) or Mac (M2 chip or later)

Additional Details

Full-time, Remote (EST schedule)

Hubstaff time-tracker required for payroll
