Job descriptionManage surgical cases and provide care in a NICU Deliver advanced neonatal care alongside two NNP teams and a resident fellow team Care for neonatal patients Participate in team-based care Handle critical care responsibilities, including neonatal resuscitation and pediatric advanced life support Collaborate with other nurse practitioners, residents, and fellows to ensure quality patient outcomes Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to clinical protocols At least 3 years of NICU experience required Must hold Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee or hold an eligible license Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Whether you need long term coverage for your practice, short term vacation coverage, or anything in between – you can trust Barton Associates to provide the flexible staffing solutions your organization needs to thrive. This 30-day opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, with a flexible schedule and the chance to work 40 hours per week or more in a high-acuity NICU open seven days a week.
