City Brew Tours has been leading craft beer experiences since 2008, operating in more than 20 cities across the U.S. and Canada through a mix of corporate and franchise markets. In addition to in-person tours, City Brew Tours manages a growing direct-to-consumer business that includes a monthly beer subscription and limited-edition holiday beer boxes that deliver curated craft experiences to customers’ homes.
We also operate Unboxed Experiences , a virtual events division that produces team-building experiences for leading corporate clients through beer and cheese pairings, charcuterie workshops, and other interactive formats.
Together, these brands form a multi-million-dollar experiential portfolio with strong foundations in franchising, e-commerce, and hospitality. As we continue to scale, we are expanding through new concepts like Flavor Walk Food Tours , designed to complement our beer tour franchise system and give franchisees additional revenue opportunities.
The Role
We are seeking a President / CEO to lead profitability, franchise performance, and growth across City Brew Tours and Unboxed Experiences. This role oversees both in-person and virtual operations, direct-to-consumer channels, and new experiential products like Flavor Walk Food Tours.
You’ll directly manage the Director of Sales, COO / Operations Lead, and freelance marketing support, with broader oversight of operations, fulfillment, and franchise support teams.
This is a hands‑on leadership position with meaningful upside tied to company performance and long‑term growth.

Compensation
$85,000 base salary plus up to $115,000 in annual performance incentives based on 20% of EBITDA growth and franchise system expansion. Includes long‑term participation opportunities for sustained company performance.
