How you'll make an impact
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives operational excellence and fosters sustainable growth within a global insurance brokerage and risk management leader? As a Senior Analyst in the Accounting Solution Center (ASC) , you will serve as a strategic partner and problem-solver, bridging the gap between branch offices and the National Accounting Center (NAC). This high-impact role is at the forefront of delivering innovative accounting solutions, empowering teams, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for resolving complex accounting inquiries, providing tailored support, and delivering training to employees, managers, and divisional leadership. You will play a critical role in identifying process inefficiencies, developing actionable solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor and train ASC and Branch Accounting Service novices, ensuring the next generation of talent is equipped to excel.
Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and support Gallagher's mission of delivering world-class service and solutions.
