Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks in resident homes, including electrical, appliance, plumbing, drywall, painting, and related tasks to ensure quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.
• Prepare and verify units are clean and ready for move-in day.
• Provide excellent resident / customer experience and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Be on-call and available on weekends as required by scheduling.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $22 - $26 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
