We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our customers and their clients on a day to day basis. The candidate will be able to be the go between for clients and handle all of their issues and requests making sure that customer service and satisfaction is their top priority.
Responsiblilites
Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously
Follow established scripts, guidelines, and call handling procedures.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Identify customer needs and efficiently pass on communications to our clients
Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills
Must be able to type 30 words per minute or more with little or no mistakes
Previous call center experience a plus but not required
Able to handle possible stressful situations with kindness and understanding
Must be flexible in regards to work days. Looking for Full-time and Part-time operators who are able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or GED
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours : 24 – 40 per week
