Commercial Lines Account Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Lines Team! This team member's main responsibility will be to provide customers with product and service support to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement and can report to our office located in Kingston, NY or Cheshire, CT.
Professional Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel
- Responsible for rating of customer using carrier websites
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service
- Handle renewal commercial lines submissions
- Create proposals for Sales Executive
- Support sales team and new producers to understand commercial lines coverage
- Manage daily account management of assigned commercial business
- Support all team projects and priorities as determined by management
- Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by manager
Qualifications and Requirements
8+ years of previous commercial insurance customer service or insurance sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredActive New York Property & Casualty insurance licenseClaims experience is helpful, but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and productsA passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadershipAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clientsAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWhy Patriot Growth Insurance Services
