Join us and connect your career to the future. The Molding Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead and advance our molding operations. The successful candidate will oversee Vertical Arburg (14-28 ton) and Horizontal Milacron (33-110 ton) machines, driving automation, process optimization, and team development to achieve world-class manufacturing performance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor process and stamping engineers in high-precision molding operations.
• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Arburg and Milacron molding equipment.
• Implement scientific molding, automation, and material reprocessing to reduce waste.
• Oversee tooling and equipment sourcing to meet cost, technology, and lead-time goals.
• Ensure tight-tolerance production (0.001" typical, 0.0005" critical).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability and quality.
