Job Details

What You'll Do :

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting a group of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field staff. It's a blend of admin, office coordination, and light project support.

  • Support the project team with document management, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Help improve and maintain billing, tracking, and purchase order processes
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare reports, and run occasional errands
  • Order lunches, support office culture, and generally be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly
  • Assist with project-related documentation as needed
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or project support role
  • Bonus if you've worked in or around the construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail, comfort juggling multiple priorities, and a service-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bonus points for Procore experience
  • A proactive, curious, and helpful attitude — someone who loves to jump in and help wherever needed
