INVESTMENT REPORTING ASSOCIATE

Pittsburgh, PA

$85,000- $110,000

We're seeking a meticulous and team-oriented Investment Reporting Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about delivering high-quality reporting that supports strategic financial decision-making.

As a key contributor to investment operations, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of performance data, optimizing reporting systems, and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Your work will directly support our integrated wealth management services, including investment strategy, financial planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.

OVERVIEW OF THE INVESTMENT REPORTING ASSOCIATE ROLE :

Maintain and refine account and security data within reporting platforms to ensure consistency and precision.

Configure and manage reporting structures such as account groupings, templates, and dashboards.

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all reporting outputs.

Reconcile investment accounts, including alternative assets and non-standard transactions.

Perform manual data entries and generate customized performance reports as needed.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance data integration across custodians, CRM systems, and document management platforms.

Act as a secondary resource for reporting-related inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and client-first service across the organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE INVESTMENT REPORTING ASSOCIATE :

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investment reporting or financial operations.

Familiarity with portfolio reporting systems; experience with Envestnet Tamarac is a plus.

Prior exposure to custodial platforms such as Schwab is advantageous.

Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance standards.

Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with a professional and confident demeanor.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities; adept at juggling multiple priorities.
