Role Overview
This individual contributor role supports pilot training operations. You will coordinate and schedule all aspects of pilot training, including Qualification Operational Experience trips, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and maintain all pilot training activities efficiently with attention to detail.
Handle hotel arrangements and other logistics for training.
Coordinate Qualification Operational Experience trips with internal stakeholders.
Maintain and optimize scheduling system procedures; provide input for process improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Attributes
Minimum 2 years of scheduling or coordination experience (experience in medical or technical backgrounds preferred).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts, communicate effectively, and say no when necessary.
Humble, receptive to feedback, and collaborative.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work rotational schedules including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18; authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with airline operations and scheduling software.
Prior experience in coordinating training or technical operations.
