Overview

Municipal Law Attorneys (Junior to Senior Levels)

A highly respected, established law firm with offices across California is conducting a confidential search for General Municipal Law Attorneys at both the junior and senior associate levels . We are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join this dynamic public law practice.

The Opportunity

There is an immediate need for attorneys experienced or interested in the following areas :

  • General Municipal Law
  • Land Use and CEQA
  • Public Transactions
  • Code Enforcement

This role offers the chance to work on challenging and impactful legal matters for public agency clients across the state of California.

Compensation and Work Environment

  • Competitive Salary : Associate compensation averages $200,000 , with the final salary determined by years of practice and experience.
  • Bonus Structure : Attorneys are eligible for annual performance-based bonuses, as well as discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
  • Work Flexibility : The firm supports a hybrid work arrangement option and provides an annual telecommute budget to facilitate remote work.
  • Reasonable Billable Requirement : The annual billable hour expectation is 1850
  • Benefits : Competitive health insurance benefits and a 401(k) with a partial match
  • Professional Development : A yearly budget is provided for attendance at continuing legal education (CLE) and conferences to support business development goals.
