Key Responsibilities
Maintain client records and ensure information accuracyHandle welcome and confirmation calls with friendly serviceManage clinic schedules for walk-in, curbside, and scheduled appointmentsOrder stock and perform weekly inventory auditsRecord cash and bank deposits, and perform end-of-day processesEnsure a clean, welcoming environmentHave basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and perform simple cleaning / repair tasksAssist with troubleshooting hearing aids via phone or in-person and perform cleaning checksStay informed about HearUSA's products, promotions, and pricing; support remote care as neededQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in customer service and office administrationExcellent communication skills, professional rapport with clients and colleaguesProficiency with computers, scheduling software, and MS OfficeStrong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skillsCareer Development
