We are hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) who wants to build a meaningful and sustainable caseload with the support of a thoughtful, collaborative team. What You’ll Get

• $80 to $110 per clinical hour, based on licensure and weekly client average
• Tiered pay structure :
• 8–10 clients / week : $80 per session
• 10–16 clients / week : $90 per session
• 17+ clients / week : $110 per session
• $1,000 annual education stipend ($500 every six months)
• Paid sick leave per California and Oakland requirements
• Paid time for team meetings, admin tasks, and clinical consultation
• Hire date dependent on completion of credentialing
• Fully furnished office space in Oakland (with snacks and plants)
• Use of EHR, client onboarding tools, and admin systems
• Optional opportunities to supervise associates or lead groups
