Base pay range

$110,000.00 / yr - $174,000.00 / yr

Interfere’s mission is to build the “self-healing layer of the internet” : software that detects bugs, figures out a root cause, and ships its own fix – all before a human can open logs. Unlike traditional observability tools that aim to make logs easier to read, Interfere will eliminate the need to read logs at all.

AI Now Allows Anyone To Ship Anything, But You Still Need Taste And Craft To Build Great Products. We Want To Build The Tools To Allow For Product Excellence Everywhere – To Be a Guaranteed Outcome For Any Team. To Do So, We’ve Raised ~$1.7m From Y Combinator, Worldbuild, Soleio, And a Coalition Of Founders From Some Of The Greatest Companies In The World.\ \ You Will

• Own design & product initiatives end-to-end, with little satisfaction in “good enough”.
• Create interfaces & design artifacts that are both exceptionally beautiful, but ruthlessly functional. Instead of prioritizing function or form, we choose both.
• Obsess over users & their usage to invent new ways to solve old problems.
• Build an online presence to raise help Interfere’s design to legendary status – talented people attract other talented people.
