We are a dynamic and full-service PR, marketing, and advertising agency based in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. Our agency is dedicated to delivering innovative and impactful solutions to our diverse range of clients. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a talented Senior Designer with extensive digital and website experience to join our Creative team and help push our work to new heights. The ideal candidate resides in Nashville, TN or is willing to relocate for this position. Our office offers a hybrid work schedule with employees coming into the office three days a week.

Designers are the visual storytellers of our Agency and, by extension, our client brands, blending art and technology to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate audiences. They are responsible for designing and producing creative collateral across all marketing touchpoints. Through creativity, they develop visual concepts that meet defined visual communication objectives. As a Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual aspects of ads, experiential activations, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

Responsibilities

Leadership of significant project components or entire projects.

Developing creative that effectively satisfy a brief.

Collaborate with MP&F teams on behalf of our clients to understand project scope and objectives.

Create and conceptualize visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that reflect the desired message.

Design layouts for print and digital publications, selecting color schemes, images, and typography with an eye for aesthetics and impactful messaging.

Present design concepts to clients or art directors, iterating based on feedback to refine and finalize designs.

Ensure all design elements are in line with brand guidelines and communications strategy.

Review designs for errors and optimize design files for print or digital applications, ensuring the highest quality work is delivered.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, software, and technology to maintain a competitive edge and deliver innovative solutions.

Mentor junior designers on the team and provide constructive feedback.

Skills And Requirements

4-8 years of work experience, with a strong preference for website and digital design experience in an agency setting

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, a related field, or proven related experience.

A strong portfolio showcasing digital and website expertise, graphic design, typography, and layout

Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite Applications).

Exceptional creative innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.

Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Critical thinking with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on projects.

A continuous learner, open to feedback, and driven by a passion for design excellence.
