Job Summary :

Address : 933 E. Pierce St. Council Bluffs, IA
Work Schedule : 36 hours per week .9FTE. 9a-9p or 12p-12a, M-F / weekends / holidays. Rotating schedule
Under the supervision of a physician provide medical care to patients and performs minor surgical procedures according to the approved privilege list.
Responsibilities :
1. Promotes positive relations when interacting with patients, visitors, families, physicians, customers and co-workers.
2. Under the supervision of a physician provide medical care to patients and performs minor surgical procedures according to the approved privilege list.
3. Develops and communicates treatment plan to patients.
4. Consults with supervising physician as necessary.
5. As assigned, performs face to face evaluation within 1 hour of notification for behavior health restraint need and approves reorders telephonically.
