What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity and / or hazards encountered during patrols. Communicate with site management and / or law enforcement as directed, following established protocols. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the financial institution environment. Document all incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
