Implements and executes on established patient treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistCommunicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the teamProvides timely written documentation per facility and department requirementsDevelops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associationsProvides timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, reimbursement requirementsSupports and participates in department operations and developmentReports any changes in patient status or needs to supervising therapist on a timely basisQualifications :
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculumAble to practice unencumberedIn good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boardsWorking knowledge of Medicare and other payer sourcesFull knowledge of resident’s rightsExudes professionalism in presentationAbility to multitaskMust be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in EnglishCPR certificationAvamere is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
