What You'll Do :

• Own the transition from sales to production by coordinating project handoffs.
• Build and adjust daily job schedules based on crew availability, weather, and material readiness.
• Communicate with customers to confirm scheduling and set expectations.
• Order materials and manage delivery logistics.
• Track all job information in our CRM system with precision.
• Lead daily team huddles and oversee in-house repair crews for efficiency and quality.
• Conduct site visits for quality assurance and enforce safety standards.
• Coach and support crews to continuously raise performance levels.
• Back-up and Overflow support for the call center by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer needs.
