The salary range for this role is : $88,000-$132,000

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to underwrite new and renewal inland marine business while adhering to company underwriting policies and guidelines.

Your Role :

• Handle a book of new and renewal inland marine business including analyzing, quoting and documenting per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with stakeholders.
• Monitor pending items from brokers and clients for existing policies, following required processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure best decisions are made risk by risk.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
• Adhere to QBE service standards.

Compensation Package :

The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
