Role Summary
As a Sr. Project Manager on the Delivery team at Notable, you will lead the end-to-end execution of client projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones from design through go-live and post-implementation support. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening the structure and discipline of our project management function by developing reusable frameworks, tools, and best practices that help the broader PM team deliver efficiently and consistently.

What You’ll Do
Project Leadership & Execution
- Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Drive accountability for milestones (design, build, testing, go-live, post-go-live support)
- Track and manage resources, time, and billable versus non-billable hours
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and clients supported
PMO Development & Mentorship
Create and refine project management templates, playbooks, and scoping frameworks to support consistent, high-quality delivery across the teamAct as a mentor and thought partner to other Project Managers, guiding them on planning, execution, and stakeholder management best practicesPartner with Delivery leadership to strengthen PMO processes and evolve our approach as the business growsStakeholder Engagement
Serve as a main point of contact for client project teamsFacilitate communication between clinical, technical, and executive stakeholdersSupport alignment between clients, internal teams, and leadership on scope and prioritiesStartup Adaptability
Work across ambiguous situations, adapting enterprise PM practices to Notable’s lean and fast-moving modelAssist with solution scoping and SWAG estimates for new workflows or integrationsPartner with Delivery leadership to evolve best practices, templates, and delivery playbooksCross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Platform Architects, Customer Success, Product and EngineeringEnsure handoffs and dependencies are managed seamlessly across the Delivery and Product teamsSupport knowledge transfer and client enablement post-projectWhat We’re Looking For
7+ years in project management, ideally within healthcare IT, consulting, or health system operationsDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automationExperience developing or refining PMO frameworks, templates, and scalable delivery processesStrong understanding of project financials, including tracking billable hours, budgets, and resource utilizationExcellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholdersComfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environmentProficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.)Ability to travel up to 50% and be onsite with customers, at events, and in office collaborationNice to haves
Strong track record managing EMR-related projects (Cerner, Epic, Oracle Health, or similar)PMP or equivalent project management certificationSix Sigma Green Belt or process improvement trainingCompensation Range : $115K - $150K
