We are seeking a Market Development Manager who wants to use their knowledge to help surgeons learn about our disruptive shoulder replacement system and to help grow our newly publicly traded business -Shoulder Innovations (NYSE : SI).

We are currently looking for a Market Development Manager. We are looking for people with expertise in Clinical, Technical and Educational roles to support sales activities for all Shoulder Innovations products and services. In this role, you will strategically work in complete alignment with the Market Development Director in your territory along with the various Sales Channel Partners including Agents, Independent Distributor Principals, Independent Sales Reps and Direct Reps. You will take the lead of, and deliver on, and provide technical support in all Shoulder Innovations accounts including Operating Suites and Lab settings.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Develop and deliver training programs to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and understanding of various applications.

Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical applications, indications, and usage of Shoulder Innovations products, typically in a healthcare facility (Operating Room) environment.
