A company is looking for a Workday Advanced Compensation Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation module product development roadmap and manage bi-annual release updates
Serve as the Change Request gatekeeper for compensation changes and manage the Annual Compensation processes
Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful adoption of compensation features and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Product Management, Development, or Professional Services preferred
Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules preferred
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
Familiarity with PM software like Smartsheet and Azure Dev Ops
Experience working efficiently with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
