The successful candidate will display strong work ethics, excellent customer service, and a dedication to quality workmanship.Primary ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately using current technical tools and resourcesProvide courteous and professional service to all customersAssist as a secondary customer greeter near the Service Drive as neededStay updated with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operationsEnsure all vehicle services are completed correctly on the first attempt, prioritizing safety and qualityAddress initial customer concerns before recommending additional servicesInspect vehicles for further maintenance or repair opportunities according to factory guidelinesReturn customer vehicles cleaned or cleaner than receivedComplete all required paperwork accurately and thoroughlyParticipate in factory and company-sponsored training programsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementArrive on time, prepared to work, and wear a clean uniformWork Schedule and EnvironmentFour 10-hour night shifts per weekUnionized shop environmentModern, air-conditioned service facilityParagon Honda is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace. Job Requirement:QualificationsExperience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and modelsProven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goalsStrong communication skills and professional demeanorPositive attitude with high energy and excellent customer serviceAbility to read and understand instructions and exercise sound judgmentValid state driver's license with a clean driving recordEducation and CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredASE certification or equivalent technical aptitude requiredTechnical or trade school degree preferred
