Job Summary AEM Developer

• Serve as the lead AEM developer for a large digital transformation program within the banking domain.
• Design, develop, and manage applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5), including editable templates, workflows, content / experience fragments, forms, and component development.
• Act as the primary in-house AEM expert, providing guidance on architectural solutions and technical best practices.
• Develop Touch UI components and overlay out-of-the-box (OOTB) components as needed.
• Prepare detailed technical designs for templates, custom components, and service layers.
• Develop extensible and scalable Java-based applications using Java / J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and JSR on the AEM platform.
• Integrate AEM with marketing, analytics, LDAP, and personalization tools.
• Collaborate within an Agile SCRUM team environment, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, exploring alternate solutions when necessary.
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a passion for learning new technologies and driving innovation.
