Qualified candidates should possess the following :

• Proficiency in AutoCAD. (Required)
• Bachelor of Architecture.
• Five or more years of experience with renovations and new construction. (Required)
• Knowledge of International Building Code.

Job duties include but are not limited to :

Survey existing locations in order to accurately develop construction documents. (Some travel required)

Prepare construction documents, develop technical solutions and work directly with clients and consultants.

Participate in client meetings throughout the design and construction document process.

Provide construction administration support throughout the construction phase.

We are looking to fill the following position :

Senior Project Architect with a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year

Based upon the candidate's relevant experience and overall qualifications.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
