Job Title : Senior Application Developer

Job Description :

Design, develop, test, and implement applications

Support multiple Accela instances across agencies

Configure and maintain Accela Automation and Accela Citizen Access

Provide technical support to team members and agency customers

Develop scripts, batch processes, page flows, and expressions in Accela

Manage security roles and follow Accela best practices

Create and support reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and ad hoc reporting

Support Microsoft SQL Server databases

Use SVN or GIT for source control

Promote changes through Accela Configuration Manager

Work on additional application development projects as assigned

Requirements :

Three to five years implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform

Three to five years experience with reporting using ad hoc, Crystal Reports, and SSRS

Three to five years experience with Accela design, development, code review, and testing

Three to five years experience with Accela security roles and FIDS best practices

Three to five years experience with Accela scripting and configuration

Three to five years experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Three to five years experience promoting changes using Accela Configuration Manager

One to three years experience with SVN and GIT source control

Technical skills including Java, Rhino JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, Microsoft Office, relational database concepts, and web service

Desired Skills

Three years experience with Accela GIS

Three years experience with Accela Mobile apps

Three years experience with Accela payment adapter setup

Three years experience with Accela Data Migration Tool

Experience with Angular

Experience with React
