    • Job / Practice Description :

  • Sleep Medicine Physician
  • Location : Findlay, OH (1.5hrs from Detroit)
  • 100% Clinical and Outpatient Only
  • Monday-Friday, no weekends or evenings
  • 8am - 4pm M-Th. 8am - 12pm on Fri.
  • Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
  • 3 Days in person clinic and 2 Day available for Remote reading telehealth.
  • 1 : 2 office phone call only
  • 16hrs sleep study reading, 20hrs patient contact, 4hrs admin
  • Reading 15-20 sleep studies per week
  • Typical Clinic Patient Volume : 13 per day
  • Support staff : APRN, Nurse, and an MA

    • Profile Background :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Sleep Medicine
  • Ability to hold an Ohio State License
